Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email, country, and the requirement you describe.
Without your consent, the site sets no tracking cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page views and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
Only if you accept analytics cookies, we also record: the pages you view and in what order, how far you scroll, the links and buttons you use, how long you stay, how you reached the site (search engine, social network, referring site or campaign tags), your number of visits, your approximate location (country, region and city), and the organisation that owns the network you are browsing from (for example, your employer's office network). Your IP address is used to look these up and is not stored by us. If you then send an enquiry, this summary is attached to it so we can understand your requirement in context.
Only if you accept marketing cookies, we also keep advertising click identifiers (such as Google, Microsoft, Meta or LinkedIn ad click IDs) that show which campaign brought you.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to prepare a quotation or proposal you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Who processes it
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides approximate location from your connection. Network ownership is looked up with IPinfo (IP address data is powered by IPinfo). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Analytics data is kept on infrastructure we run ourselves, not by an advertising or analytics company.
Cookies
The banner asks before any non-essential cookie is set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies listed below.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the business relationship and our legal and tax records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@cityexports.ltd.
